               Intro

               A. THE SEEKERS LOOK FOR JESUS (John 6:22-25).

1) The crowd seek for Jesus (John 6:22-24).

2) “Rabbi, when did you get here?” (John 6:25).

               B. JESUS ADMONISHES THE SEEKERS (John 6:26-27).

1) Jesus exposes their false motives (John 6:26).

a) You seek Me not because of signs.  

b) You seek Me because you ate and were filled.  

2) Jesus exhorts them to seek after the food of greater value (John 6:27).

a) Do not work for the food that perishes.

b) Work for the food which endures to eternal life.

3) The promised gift of the Son of Man (John 6:27).
