A. WHAT IS THE JOY OF JESUS (John 17:13)?

B. WHY DO WE NEED THE JOY OF JESUS? (John 17:14-16).

1) The world hates them (v. 14).

2) Christ will not take us out of the world now (v. 15).

3) We are not of the world (v. 16).

C. HOW DO WE GET THE JOY OF JESUS?

1) The joy of Jesus is tied to the words of Jesus (John 17:13-14).

2) Joy in our salvation.

3) Joy in the Spirit.

4) Joy in heaven.
