 Intro

A. THE FATHER IS THE VINEDRESSER (John 15: 1).

B. WHO ARE THE FRUITLESS BRANCHES (John 15: 2, 6).

1) Unbelieving Jews.

2) Apostate Christians.

3) Apostate false Christians.

a) A prime example.

b) Christ’s teachings on false disciples.

c) Other biblical examples.

C. THE JUDGEMENT OF FRUITLESS BRANCHES (John 15: 2, 6).

1) “He takes [it] away” (John 15: 2).

2) “He is thrown away” (John 15:6).

3) “He dries up” (v. 6).

4) “They are gathered up” (v. 6).

5) “They are cast into the fire and burned” (v. 6).
